And that they specialize in transport for people "burned" by other transport brokers. They all have access to the same database to search for or solicit a truck that will actually be the one to carry your vehicle. Pretended my situation was going to be difficult and wished me luck, blah blah... Eventually the cheaper broker came through and found a transport just fine. Don't be fooled by pretend good Samaritans taking advantage of scared and desperate people.
