STAY AWAY! Took Deposit and Never Heard From Again

Terrible customer service after the deposit was made. Prior to the deposit, Pete seemed like a nice guy and sounded honest. Once the deposit was made and a carrier was assigned he wouldn't respond to emails or phone calls. I was left hanging on my own. The vehicle was over a day late being picked up and 3 days late on being delivered. I had to make all the phone calls and contacts to the actual Carrier company. No one contacted me with updates. Overall a nightmare experience. I STRONGLY recommend contacting an actual shipping company directly and eliminating the middleman "Brokers". They could care less about you and are only concerned about their commissions and are very shady and dishonest. All true statements Pete, so don't try posting a rebuttal with lies. I gave you every opportunity to respond to my emails and phone calls.
