I called this company to transport my 2 vehicles on june1st 2015. I made the mistake of paying them in full thinking this would be 1 less thing to worry about during my move from sc to az. I called Imovers on the1st of july to confirm my transport date of july2nd. They tell me that they cant get my car until july4th,which didnt work for me due to it being my move out date. I tell him I no longer need or want their service due to them not being honest with me about availability. He says they will find a driver to transport my cars. However this was a lie and I found another company to get my car the next day. Imovers said they will return my money to my card. I waited about3 weeks and they begin to avoid my calls. I took the next step and disputed the charge through my bank. Imovers submitted a document to my bank showing where they picked up and dropped off my vehicles. I was very shocked so I called the company that Imovers stated picked up my cars (imovers are just the middlemen for the transport)and she had no idea Imovers was using her name as a part of their scam. Imovers showed a check that was made payable to her for services rendered(at this point you arent entitled to a refund per their policy). So at this point they are going to speaking to the fraud department for false records. Please stay far away from this company,dont let the soothing voice of AJ fool you. I cant believe they would do all this for money they didnt earn. They pulled a legit transport company into their scam. Selfish,Lying,individuals at this company
