Well, where do I start? About a week ago, I won a vehicle in an action, and the vehicle needed to be picked up from its location within 10 days and was about 8 hours from me. I began the normal process of attempting to locate a driver to pick up this vehicle. Within a week, I kept getting broken promises that the vehicle would be picked up on the agreed date, which never happened. I went through this process almost three times after being told "the driver truck broke down.". I was beginning to lose all hope and picked up the vehicle myself. The day I was going to leave, I received a call from a gentleman named Alex. During that time, Alex provided me with information on how this shipping process worked and stated he would get to work trying to find me the right driver. Let me tell you exactly what he did. In under 24 hours, Alex found a driver and had the vehicle sent to me as soon as possible. As of this morning, I received the vehicle, just as Alex stated. I cannot express how happy I am with their service and the level of communication provided by Alex, who kept me informed throughout the entire process from pickup to drop-off.
