"Power transporter" accepted bid then cancellled - SHIPPER was GSUSMC

One of USHIPs power shippers accepted bid on a Monday, fee promptly take from my account. The following Thursday, no call, email, etc etc from shipper or USHIP, I called they stated they will try to contact driver, Friday finally get a short text from driver stating "some of his other customers cancelled so he might have to cancel my shipment", I am not sure what my shipment has to do with his "other customers" but... I do know that I did not force shipper to accept my bid, anyways. I am going to ship vehicle using another company, very very poor shipping broker and shipper.
