Do not trust this business. I booked nightstands with one of their carriers and he went m.i.a with them and they were never delivered. I got the cargo insurance just in case something like this happened to the nightstands in transit.
Uship gave me the contact information to the insurance company and the guidelines to filing a claim. They stated to me, "as a third party, we do not take any responsibility for the nightstands. We can only refund the shipping charges." Upon following up with their company that they do insurance with, Roanoke, I found that they will only refund the original price of what I paid for the nightstands. What???? I refinish furniture for a living and put in days of meticulous work and expensive supplies into restoring pieces and then sell them online.
So if I buy a piece for $100, restore it and sell it for $600, and get Uship to deliver the piece and it gets lost, well all I get is that $100. I will never use their services again and hopefully you won't either. They take zero responsibility.
