I used UShip.com and found a shipper. I paid for the shipment and a $100 "Service Fee". The shipper kept delaying and delaying and delaying and missed the shipment window. Then I found their truck broke down and instead of using one truck to haul my load, they would have to use two, and they wanted to charge me more. So I called UShip.com and of course they are of no help at all. It is not a binding contract, but an agreement between parties. They said that a shipper can cancel 10% of their jobs without any penalty. Hopefully there is another service out there now.
