I've been driving and delivering items using uship for years. I love the customers I've worked with. I love the travel. Dealing with uship has been challenging, to say the least. They refuse to make an extremely simple change on the website to make it abundantly clear that my bids are to drive a vehicle from point a to b. They refuse to believe that there are some situations that the customer is okay with a driver physically driving their vehicle. And, they've increased their cut to above 30 percent of each bid...used to be about 12 percent... making it extremely difficult to compete with the customer who is more than likely way better off contacting a transport person or company directly without their huge fee just for existing. Love seeing competing transportation ideas crop up with lower fees and management that listens to those who make them look good.
