Truly awful

Art and antiques dealer here with a quickly growing business. Had a wide variety of experiences on uship, mostly positive, until about 2 years ago. Two carriers in a row threatened violence toward me and my sister to get extra money. I asked for help from uship support on both occasions. No help at all. On the second occasion, the carrier kept my property hostage. Only solution offered by uship was to pay ransom and continue talking in a group email chain as though talking with the batsh!t crazy carrier was going to make a difference.was told to pay the money. I waited more than a week and ultimatelysent another carrier to get the items from the crazy carrier that had threatened my sister and taken a booked a three-man job as one decrepit operator. I then received an email from uship meant for the carrier that thanked him for ‘his effort.’ When I responded to the email, asking why support would thank the carrier that threatened my sister and stole my merchandise, I was immediately suspended indefinitely.’I’ve been trying for years to get back on the platform, as I am a decent, honorable businessperson that wants to support the small carriers out there, working hard across the country. If only someone had so recklessly, callously slammed the door in the face of uShip’s founder when he was trying to put his business together, another company with capacity for empathy and moral conduct would have taken its place.
