Stay Away from 011 Service

I contacted David about bringing up a vehicle from Lousiville Ky. He was very eager and promised me that it would be picked up in 2 or 3 days ( not a problem). I contacted him 3 days later and asked what was happening, he seemed very clueless about the deal ( first red flag). I told him who I was again and he said the driver had truck problems and was 2 days behind. He said it would be picked up by noon friday. well that came and went. I called him again and he said it will be picked up from the dealer by 7 p.m on sat night. The dealer is closed at 3 p.m. I told him that's not good enough. He started swearing at me calling me a lier and he would not give me back my deposit ( paid by visa). If this guy was the last transport broker on earth I would rather shoot myself instead of having to deal with a person who doesn't give a crap about a customer" than rather trying to make a deal and then not deliver on it. Find another person to deal with instead of this guy.
