Customer was responded to by both the driver & my company.
He informed us the fender dent was going to cost 1365 dollars, 1 the car was bought for less than that.
2 the driver offered to take the fender to a body shop & have it fixed and return the fender. 3 the driver was informed by a body shop they could fix the fender for around 350. 4 the driver told Mr Babs this information and he would not allow him to fix it. 5 the customer stated that he was going to restore the car, and basically the price to repaint the whole car was the amount he was charging the driver. 6 the driver then stated if he did not get legit estimates from body shops that were not affiliated with him personally and he refused. my driver then stated unless you give me this information I will no longer deal with you. Mr Babs also did not inform anyone that when the car arrived he sigend the condition report stating no damage was done, and then informed the driver, and the driver agreed to fix the damage & now Mr Babs is being unresonable.
