This car belonged to my 90 year old mother who was dealing with moving from her home of 30 years. She was anxious about all the details of the move, and eager to have a contact person in case the pickup wasn't on time. When I explained this to the dispatcher, she telephoned my mother without my requesting it,and was very reasuring. She was extremely helpful to me in coordinating all the arrangments. Both pickup and delivery happened within a few minutes of the scheduled times. I am very impressed with this company, and recommend it extremely strongly, with absolutely no reservations.
