This is the 3rd time I have transported a vehicle from coast to coast. This recent move was from Washington state to Louisiana. I had a particular timeline and a preferred date that I needed the car in Louisiana. After getting several emails from various transport companies, I had decided to go with one particular company. I had my mind all set until Erwin Flores called me. He not only took the time to explain how long the delivery would be but he explained the options that I had for shipping my car and what he would recommend for shipping a 2015 Maserati Ghibli. He kept in contact with me through email and text and kept me informed several times a week and answered all of my various questions. The other company never followed up with me at all and when I tried to contact them they told me to not bother calling other companies as they all use the same drivers. Needless to say, Erwin kept his word, found a driver that could pick up the car and even sooner than expected and it was delivered in Louisiana in perfect condition within 5 days. Erwin was also able to get me enclosed shipping at an excellent price. The driver was professional, showed up on time and the driver’s contact Lorna did an amazing job communicating with me throughout the entire trip. I never had to worry about the car because I trusted Erwin Flores and appreciated his honesty. I will use Erwin Flores and 1Transport for all of my car transport needs in the future. Thank you again Erwin!
