It's been 4 days now with no response from Sabrina Kims. We had a cheduled delivery day window from 27-29 July. We are still waiting to hear back from her. She has told us, she would get to us with updates but never did. I will be contacting the BBB, and since I'm a military officer, I will contact military transportation office to ensure they will never be used the military. I'm so disappointed in their lack of professionalism and customer service.
