Kenne was easy to work with and helped me out a great deal. I had never shipped a car before, and I had a lot of questions that Kenne answered paitently and honestly. I was shipping a car to my sister and I needed to get it to her immediately and he responded and acted quickly.

I was emailed a contract with the total amount for transport being $745.00 (which was at LEAST fifty dollars less then the closest estimate I had received). He also offered to fax the contract if I preferred. I read over the contract and got back to him immediately. He posted my information and I got a call back from Kenne within two hours. There was a truck going to my destination from my point of orgin and could pick the car up within an hour. I never expected getting someone so fast but it was perfect for my situation.

I was given Kenne's direct phone number as well as the phone number for the driver. The driver called me immediately after hanging up with Kenne and arranged a pick up time and location. He was able to pick my car up in my neighborhood. I paid the driver in cash upfront, and was given a receipt. Then after the car was on the truck, I called Kenne and gave him the booking fee. Kenne also stayed in contact with me, my sister and the driver until the car was delivered. The driver called my sister when he was about two to three hours away to give her time to arrange the drop off. He also called her when he was on his way to her location.

The car was delivered in the exact same manner it was picked up. It was dropped off in my sister's neighborhood three days after pick up. There was no damage and nothing was missing. The car had a few items in the truck and the radio faceplate in the glove box and everything arrived in the exact same place.

I would definitely use Kenne and his company in the future!
