This was my first time transporting a vehicle. I have had such a fabulous process from the moment I contacted Yoni Costello at 1 Flat Rate. She was knowledgeable, honest, and took all my calls (and their were many) . She walked me thru every step of the way. Since I hadnt been familiar with how to do this she spoke with true kindness and was always able to calm my mind. The price she quoted me she stuck with and found me a very reputable company to do the job. When I contacted 1 flat rate sometimes a lady by the name of Stephanie would also help me. Again I would say that she to was very knowledgeable and very kind to speak with. I sure will pass on their company name and recommend them to everyone. I couldnt ask for any better of a company to do the job I hired them for and to do it right. They followed thru in every step and the driver checked in with me every day to say his updates of where he was and when his arrival will be. My vehicle arrived with no damage. Now a days professionalism is lacking in manyways but by no means did 1 FLAT-RATE ever put a doubt in my mind that they were not professionals at what they do. Thanks again everyone and God Bless!
