I have autos shipped on prior occasions and without a doubt the service I received this time was exceptional. I received daily feedback by email and telephone calls letting me know the status of my shipment. The trucker making the delivery was excellent. He would not leave until I was completely satisfied regarding the vehicle. He made sure it was running and did everything right. The whole experience was as it should be. 1Flat-Rate should be a beacon to other companies on how to arrange shipments, follow ups with customers, and most important very competitive on pricing.
