I am happy to post a review about this company. This was my first expereince transporting a vehicle from a different state. I reviewed several companies online and they all wanted a deposit upfront before the vehicle was ever picked up. I then came across 1 Flat Rate and noticed a deposit was not required, as a matter of fact, it stated no payment until delivery. That certainly grabbed my attention. Then after reading the reviews, decided to call and spoke to Ray who was very kind and knowledgeable. After talking to him i decided to go with the expedited rate as the dealer from the other state was ready for me to have the vehicle picked up and Ray informed me that it would indeed by expedited. Ray kept in touch via email w/ updates as to the status of pickup, transit, and arrival to Texas. It was sooner than expected w/ no damage to the vehicle.
Also, wanted to recognize the driver, Dan, who was very kind as well. Upon delivering the vehicle, the battery was weak so he assisted me w/ jump starting it, and was willing to drive to my home as my wife was at work. He stayed to make sure i had everything under control before he left.
Hats off to both Ray and Dan and i recommend this company without hesitation. Thanks guys!
