Mr McGlichey was very honest and helpful. The truck driver was friendly and courteous. He was running late, but there was excellent communication. The truck broke down somewhere near DC, but we were communicated with. There were no problems with communication and all the delays were worked out and it finally arrived with no problems, dings or mishaps. My daughter was very happy to get a car. It is ready to roll in the inner city thanks to McGlichey and his driver.
