This was first time I shipped a vehicle so I did a lot of research and analyzed many quotes, some of them confusing and some of them misleading (I am a very particular lawyer). Ray at 1Flat-Rate stands out as knowing this business, being willing to explain it, and giving a very fair quote. My selection of 1Flat-Rate was a good one. Ray is honest, responsive, keeps you informed, performs quickly, and looks out for you. I'm sure that I saved myself some grief by using 1Flat-Rate instead of just picking the lowest (or for that matter the highest) quote. After I placed my order, I always knew what was going on with the transport and delivery was actually sooner than I expected.
