I cannot attest to pickup of the vehicle or the type of carrier since I never saw the carrier. I know the driver called me from Dallas, TX to say the roads were closed due to ice and snow. He was very communicative and I told him to call me with any questions or directions. When he was able to get out of Dallas, he drove 200 miles on icy roads and called me when he reached Louisiana.

Ray, the manager of 1 Flat-Rate was in touch with me also and was very communicative. I changed the destination with Cam the driver because we were going to have tons of rain upon his arrival. We needed the vehicle dropped off at a different location because of the weather.

Cam arrived when he said he would - this morning (2/4/11) just as he told me.
