We had a 1-year old company car which needed to be transported from Winston-Salem, NC to Rochester, NY. Having never used a car transport service before, I did a general search on the Internet of transport firms. Based on the individual firm's websites and reviewing a national review site, I requested online quotes form 4 companies. Of all the firms, 1st Call Auto Haul had the best quote response time, best schedule for transport (almost immediately), the best customer service, competitive pricing. 1st Call Auto Haul could pick up and deliver the car from and to the exact locations I needed. Other firms would have required the car be driven 40 minutes for transport and dropped off up to 90 minutes from our location.
When we had to change the day and location of pickup twice, 1st Call was more than accommodating. The car was picked up, transported, and delivered without problem. Every detail and change was communicated to me directly. 1st Call Auto Haul took all my concerns about using a transport company away. Eric and his staff are to be commended.
