Going through a life changing event, selling a home, and moving 1800 miles can put a lot of stress on oneself. Having spent many hours online reviewing horror stories related to automobile hauling, the thought of shipping out cars was scary. Besides your house, your car(s) are typically the most expensive asset you own, and ours were worth over $100k...the thoughts of damage while shipping can be scary.

So, my wife and I did some extensive looking and came up with 1st Call Auto Haul, of course hind sight is 20/20, but I couldn't have been happier. To start with the sales Rep was very honest on pickup and drop off times, but better than other carriers they confirmed down to within 3 days, and even met the exact day and time we targeted, likewise on the drop off. Matter of fact they would have delivered the car a day early had I physically been in the state. Buyer beware, we found MANY of the other carriers could only give ranges of 5-8 days on both the pickup and delivery. Further, the total time to take the cars from NY to CO was only one week!

Another important point; our cars were loaded onto the carrier, and only taken off when they arrived in Denver. Same carrier, same position. I just want to highlight that often with other carriers your car is loaded and unload many times, and sometimes onto different trucks. I'm sure they can't promise this with every customer, but they'll tell you if that's the case.

In short, I've already recommended 1st Call Auto to family members and would hands down use them again. Ship with confidence with 1st Call Auto.
