Prior to contacting 1st Call Auto Hall I was working with Express Auto Shippers to transport my 2004 C-240 Mercedes Benz. Needless to say my experience with “the other guys” did not go so well… I contacted 1st Call Auto Hall on 5/15/2006 around 8pm I was greeted by Eric ;-). I told Eric my dilemma in that I needed my car shipped from South Carolina to Maryland by 5/20/2006. Eric, gave me a meticulous breakdown of how the auto shipping industry works and the best way we could get my vehicle moved ASAP!

Eric called me at work the following day and told me he had a carrier that would deliver my vehicle 17th!!!! I couldn’t believe it… My car had been waiting to be dispatched by Express Auto Shippers for 5 days by this time. 1st Call Auto Hall actually had my car moved within 24 hours. The service was prompt, professional, and courteous. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for customer service at its best.
