Our experience with 1st Call Auto Haul has been GREAT!
From the time we contacted them among 4 other companies, Mr. Sailer who later became our key contact impressed us the most. He is not only friendly, patient and knowledgable but also honest, always availabe to answer questions and provide timely updates. He made us feel ease about the move.
The crew showed up on time; and then waited for us for one hour when DC refused to let their truck into the city. They were patient and friendly.
We were mostly impressed when the car arrived in San Francisco right after we arrived by not before the weekend, which was our special instruction. And the car was in great shape.
We now have our 2nd car for 1st Call Auto Haul to ship!!
