I had my vehicle booked with another company that I will not mention. They promised me a certain week for pick up and needless to say I ended up leaving this vehicle with a neighbor, catching a plane, and having to be without a vehicle for another week. I had gotten a quote from a company called 1st Chance Transport, but had decided to go with another company that was cheaper. That was a huge mistake. Once I got to Virginia and realized that my vehicle was still not on its way, I contacted Laurie at 1st Chance Transport. I explained the whole story to her and she told me to give her till the end of the day. I was in shock when she called me about 2 hours later and said the car would be picked up the next day and then delivered in about 7 days.. the driver was great. He called me when the vehicle was picked up. He said that Laurie had explained the whole story and wanted him to call me to make me feel better. He assured me that he would get this vehicle to me by the end of the week and it arrived 6 days later. Everything was great. The driver was Super. I have never shipped a vehicle before and I thought this was going to turn out to be a Super Bad experience. 1st Chance made bad situation soo much better. All I can say is they are GREAT! I recommend this company to anyone that needs to ship a vehicle.
