My husband and I are a military couple relocating and after having another company bail on us, we got a call from First Choice. Scared it may happen again, we asked them THREE times if they already had a driver and if they would definitely be here to pickup the vehicle by the date. They said yes. Today was supposed to be the pickup date between 2-4. At 3 my husband began calling them. Cisco would not answer. So we called First Choice directly instead. Somebody picked up, we told them our situation and asked where the heck the driver was, and the man on the phone tells us he’ll call us back and hangs up. We never got a call back and my husband called them back to back for TWO AND A HALF HOURS. They did not show up. They did not return our calls. We move TOMORROW MORNING. We’re already driving one car and needed the other shipped, as my license is expired. Now I’m going to be forced to fucking drive without a license. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
