From the very first contact with Julian, it was a pleasure working with him and 1st Class Auto, when we needed to transport our daughter's car from Colorado to Maryland recently. Julian was very helpful and explained the process, quoted the price (and subsequently offered a discount also) and agreed to the pick-up and delivery dates that we were constrained to follow. Everything worked smoothly, even though we had to change the pick up date on a short notice. The car was picked up on the scheduled date and delivered on the promised date, without any damage or any other issue. 1st Class auto kept us posted of the progress several times and called a couple of hours before arrival to give us an ETA, which was followed. We were very happy with the entire process and thank Julian for an excellent customer service and great performance delivery!
