Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had to deal with. And Joyce calls herself American? She’s a homebread terrorist.. If you’d would like your property destroyed and delivered to you a month late, by all means use 2 j’s and Joyce. Absolute nightmare!!! Major damage to vehicle... ZERO INSURANCE!!!
