2407 Express was to deliver my vehicle for South Beach Transport. Took South Beach Transport much longer than they said it would take to pick up and deliver the vehicle. Finally had to accept 2407 with an open transport and had asked for enclosed carrier. Unannounced, 2407 showed up at the sellers location to pick up the vehicle. Fortunately, seller was there so they could pick it up. they never communicated with me or South Beach their schedule or when they were going to pick it up. took to their holding/ terminal where vehicle sat outside for over a week before they finally loaded to deliver. NO communication from carrier until the night before they were to drop it off. I repeatedly had to keep calling them and asking. Contact person did not speak very good English and was extremely hard to understand. Was called and told they needed payment in advance to drop the car. Overnighted a check, only to finally receive a call the night before they dropped it, 4 hours from my home, and they said they would not accept my personal check. I offered to pay by credit card or have money wired to them and they said they would not accept. They wanted someone to meet them with cash. I could have arranged this, but not the night before they arrived. They said they would haul the car back to the east cost if someone wasn't there. Fortunately was able to borrow a trailer, get up at 4 am and drive to Denver and meet driver to pay driver and get my vehicle. Extremely stressful. South Beach Transport did no communication with me after signing their contract, no coordination with carrier, or anything else until I called Mark Evans the night carrier called me. He tried to help, but it was too late.
