Was paid at pickup and never completed the job. To sum it up I hired the company to do a simple transport from FL to MI and he picked it up late, no communication about when or why the delay. Refused to answer all calls, texts, emails. He finally called when he was pulling in, so gave really no notice. He then said after picking up the vehicle 3days later then he broke down mid way through the route somewhere in the middle of the country when really he never left Florida. He hired another carrier for $100 more ($500) without anyone's approval or consent and then gave that carrier a check that bounced and he refused to pay the carrier. The owner of the vehicle was forced to pay twice and all that was asked was at least one reimbursement of the two, especially since he didn't even do the job or even a quarter of the job. Worst company I have ever dealt with in the 15years Ive been doing this so that reallllly speaks in volume about how bad this company is. There are no excuses for this poor of a service. Ive made a couple federal complaints and will continue to do everything to shut the company down to prevent others from being defrauded.
