DO NOT USE THEM !! I attempted to confirm my pick up the week prior to my scheduled date. After unsuccessfully emailing and calling many times, 5 Star did not show up to pick up my car. Someone finally called me back, the scheduled day of pick up, to tell me that the truck broke down...... Do not use them ! I wish I had this website when I booked it.....I'm not sure this wasn't a scam...I will dispute the deposit with my credit card company.
