this carrier was selected via a broker to transport our vehicle. On the date of pick up- could not get ahold of anyone at Five Star- kept getting voicemail. Finally received a call from a dispatcher - at about 1:30pm stating that the carrier truck had broken down. Shared that they would not be picking up our vehicle on the scheduled date, they did not know when the truck would be fixed and could not tell us when our vehicle would be picked up. they still could not tell us when they would pick up our vehicle. The brokers tell you that you have to wait to schedule until a few weeks before your requested date - now we are too late to set up a new carrier. Plus we rented a car as our car was supposed to be picked up - now we are stuck paying for the car and no transport.
Very poor way to conduct business.
