I would rate the service very good to excellent. Joseph contacted me after I posted the ad on the website. I had gotten 9 calls from other companies, but Joseph stood out because he seemed genuine and the price was competitive. I had quotes from $300-500. for the transportation including insurance, etc. The online contract was a pain, did not like it. It did not work the first time and Joseph had to sent it to me again. Once I signed it, my credit card information was erase, so I then had to give it to Joseph over the phone.

Here is where the problem was. Joseph promised he would call me with the driver information in 15 minutes, instead another co-worker called me and gave me a number of someone who had no information on the vehicle. He said he was the dispatcher and that he would contact me in the morning. i was worried because I had developed a relationship with Joseph and then "boom" he was gone, went home for the evening. I did not sleep well that night as I still had no information on the driver or as to when the vehicle would be picked up.

Around 10am, it was Joseph who called me with the driver information and the need for the credit card information that was lost in infraspace. I spoke to the driver who had already picked up the vehicle. We then worked out a suitable place to meet. Whew. All in all, there should only be one contact. This would simplify the transaction. Thank you joseph.
