There are many promises and then nothing written or documented. They are only agents to place your car to their carrier. I asked them to pickup car after certain date. They came back and wanted to ship one week earlier. I asked them what they will do since I willl not be available for pickup. They told they will hold at there location.
I asked another question can I put some stuff in back seat. They said let let me check and confirm.
They said yes you can keep some stuff with around 100LB altogether.

Actual scenario - Driver came on the promised date and told that they want another 150 USD for carrying stuff.Not informed or conveyed. I agreed and paid the extra money.
Next day they want money before delivery..so many call, transferred through money gram. Additional charge for transfer.

After I paid money, they told they they can not hold the car till I reach there.They have to move to next state. Another surprise.

Finally they delivered to Wrong Apartment without any confirmation of address.

Now my car is towed.
Once I reach there I will to pay extra for all towing + holding.

Customer had way over 100lbs of personal stuff inside car exceeding weight limits of contract. DRIVER agreed to take the xtra weight at a price. Customer was aware and agreed. After pickup customer told driver he was NOT going to be at DELIVERY to pay for transport as agreed and asked carrier to accept MONEYGRAM. Carrier agreed to accept and asked that payment be made before car was delivered. Completely false review.
