I'm really surprised to see so many positive reviews for this establishment. Though my experience was a bit better than others, but it's nothing to write home about.

I was referred by an associate to give them a call. I made a few attempts to contact Anthony S (goes by Tony) with no luck. I called my associate and told him what a joke of a company this was and a few minutes later Tony calls back. Apologizes profusely about his customer service skills (read: trying to get my business). In the end, I signed the contract on July 10 and the pick-up day was also July 10. Couldn't get hold of the driver (they only provided a dispatch number of the carrier company) and couldn't get a hold of Anthony all day. Only July 11th, we get a call that the driver wants to meet up on the highway because a) they couldn't find our home (it's over 50 years old and available in every map site) b) the truck wouldn't fit in our local roads (I call BS on that). Tony finally calls me back a full 24 hours later to tell me what I already knew that the car was picked up.

The car was scheduled to be delivered, per the contract, on July 15th. I called the dispatch and they advised it should be there late afternoon. Great - I head home and wait. I finally call at 6pm and they advised it won't be until the following (July 16th) morning between 8-9am. I call Tony to get some more info, as typical, doesn't answer and I leave a message. The following day, I made many attempts to get a hold of the dispatcher/driver to find out where he is and he finally shows up at 3pm. No apology. Nothing. I called Tony a few times on July 16th and he has yet to call back.

The car has a damage on the right side of the bumper that I discovered after the driver left (the driver was in a rush!). Not going to bother complaining as it will be useless. It's my lesson for not reading their Yelp.com reviews.

My advice, if you must, use them with caution. If you get Tony as your sales person, hung up and call back again unless you like leaving messages for someone that doesn’t care to call you back.

NOT ACCURATE: Customers forget that drivers once take control of their vehicle are in the hands of the Carrier, not 7 Star. Drivers contact customers before pickup and take care of every detail until delivery and 7 Star gets updated as each process occurs. If driver did not answer a call, is bcse they are driving on the road and are not allowed to use phones. 7 Star has 40 people on the floor ready to take your calls. As carrier informed us: they could not enter pickup residential area due to legal restrictions, and customer was asked to meet at a closest area the big hauler could enter, and drive delivered vehicle on time and called the customer before delivery to confirm the date.
