The driver for the carrier who moved the vehicle did not leave the clicker for the alarm on delivery. 7 Star was not aware, customer was in direct contact with the carrier only. The moment customer contact 7 Star, we took care of problem and had the carrier return immediately the clicker. This review is directed to the carrier/driver who made the mistake, not 7 Star.
