I contacted 7 Star Auto Transport to move my car from Pennsylvania to Arizona. I initially spoke with Hugo who assisted me with clearing up a paperwork issue with another auto transport company. The contract was made with 7 Star Auto Transport/Hugo on a Thursday for $1,250 and I was told the auto might be picked-up as early as the following Monday, best case scenario, which I would have been very happy with. Hugo gave me the name and phone number of the transport driver that was to pick up my car. The car couldn't be picked up on Monday, but on Tuesday I was called by Dino, the transport driver and was told he was on the way to the dealership to pick up my car with an estimate of arrival time which gave me plenty lead time to coordinate with the agent at the dealership. Prior to departing the dealership Dino called me again to say he was leaving and gave me an estimate of the following Monday for delivery in Arizona. The car was delivered to my driveway as scheduled on the following Monday with numerous updates of estimated arrival times enroute from Dino.
My experience with every person I spoke with at 7 Star Auto Transport, especially Hugo was professional and a pleasure. I would not hesitate to use their services in the future.
