I think the overall experience was very good. From completing paperwork securely online to the company's representative contacting me direct via phone was reassuring as I've never done this before. His explanation of the process and the information on the company website answered the questions I had. I was shipping my son's car to him in CA from VA. He actually received it earlier than I expected. The quote provided was comparable to other companies and I considered it a fair price. The driver was prompt and handled the car when loading it in a way that I felt comfortable about its transport. Overall, no problems and I'd recommend 7 Star to anyone.
