Do not use this company. I have transport vehicles cross country and this company is aweful. They claim to be the best but are by far the worst. They operate under AAAAdvantage Autotransport and also under Carmoves.com which is there website. They make many verbal commitments but do not hold up to any of them. My car was supposed to take 1-2 weeks to go cross country. It ended up taking 24 days and was delivered absolutely filthy and covered in bugs. The company could never tell me exactly where my vehicle was for the first week and then after it took so long they told me to submit my claim for compensation. They promised a discision in 10-15 days and that never happen either. It took over a month of nagging before they denied my claim.
