I placed an order with A AAAdvantage. They promised delivery dates, delivery location to get me to make a deposit. Once I made a deposit they called me to tell me that essentially everything they promised was a "mistake". They were unable to deliver where they promised and kept pushing the date for pick-up further and further out. I spoke with 2 different managers. Each time I would calmly explain my situation. Once I would explain everything they would start with the same pre fab statement that they are an estimate service. When I would reitorate my complaint that promises were made, both managers started yelling at me, repeatedly saying, "is there anything else I can do for you? This is how it is!"
I ultimately cancelled my order with them. They now are witholding my deposit. This was the worst customer service I have EVER dealt with ANY company. Steer clear of these people. They are in the business of getting a committment form you and then switching what they have to offer you once they feel they have a unchangable committment from you. I will likely lose my deposit and have little recourse to get it back.
