I'm sending this e-mail to tell you how much I appreciate the services you provided in helping me transport my car from Philadelphia, PA to Austin, TX. I am unbelievably grateful that after the nightmare I had with two other car carriers you understood my time dilemna and worked extremely hard to have my car picked up the day after I made my deposit. Because of everyone involved, even with the Memorial Day Holiday, I had my car within 10 days.

The service I received from you, your status team, dispatcher (Kim) and driver (Tom) was perfect. There was a little confusion on the delivery date and the dispatcher was great in making last minute changes in notification to ensure I was in Texas when my car arrived and gave me more than enough time to make arrangements if I wasn't.

Your company gives true meaning to the term "teamwork". They have gone far beyond my expectations and I am delighted to recommend A AAAdvantage Auto Transport, Inc. to family, friends, and co-workers.
