We apologize there was a miscommunication with Mr. Hagin and our customer service department. It is never our intention to upset the customer or inconvenience them in any way. It is our position that we transported Mr. Hagin’s vehicle in a timely manner.
Our sales representatives quote,” with a weeks notice and a two to three day window for pick up we estimate delivery within 7-14 days,” however due to unforeseeable factors we do not guarantee a date or time of delivery.
We were commissioned on January 14, 2005 to ship the vehicle. The vehicle was first available to us on Janaury 14, 2004. With a weeks notice and a two to three day window for pick up we are looking at a date of January 23, 2005. An average 7-14 day transit time gives us an estimated delivery of February 6, 2005. We indicate the vehicle was approximately delivered February 7, 2005.
