My car (Austin America) arrived with damage to its hydrolastic suspension, which occured in transit. The damage cost me $600 to repair and I got no satisfaction from thier customer service. Even though the damage occured when the car was solely in thier possession and I explained specifically how the evidence pointed to how the damage was caused, they denied any responsibility. My only recourse would be to sue them in their local small claims court, at additional expense to me. Their insurance carrier stated that dispite the companys' claims, their coverage covers only a catastrophic accident, like their truck driving off the road, as they have a very high deductable. The companys' claims are not to be believed. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.
