This is a broker - not a carrier. I was extremely pleased with the services I received from the broker. I placed my order weeks before my first available pick up date because I was concerned (after reading other reviews about multiple companies) that it would take a little time to find a carrier to pick up our vehicle in the time frame we were working with. I placed my order at around 10 am and by 2pm that same day the carrier (NAO Auto) that was contracted to pick up our car had called me to confirm. A Across USA held up their end of the deal in finding a carrier quickly. I made numerous calls to them prior to placing my order with a bunch of questions and every time the phone was immediately answered - no holding, no automated operators. The staff was always very friendly and extremely helpful. I definately recommend this company! One thing to keep in mind - I probably could have saved myself the broker fee of $175 by going through NAO myself. But considering this was the first time shipping a car - hiring a broker to find a carrier was well worth the extra money. Not to mention, it eased my mind knowing that they are careful about what carriers they contract out to. I will add a review of NAO Auto after the delivery is complete. So far, so good!
