I just wanted to take the time to write this letter of thanks to A Across USA Auto Transport for the recent transport of my new Mercedes from Cleveland, Ohio to the Southern Gulf Coast. I made my reservation online on Tuesday, the car was picked Friday and I received it Sunday afternoon all during the same week. It takes more time to receive a catalog order from UPS than the time it took A Across USA Auto Transport to ship my car across country. I am impressed and very pleased with the personal e-mails and professional service. The driver was in constant contact with me during his travel and was careful during the off-loading of my car and was very courteous and professional with his work.
