Wish I saw review area before contacting these idiots/liars/thiefs/wannabe toughguys.

When I contacted them in regards to their quote Laura was pleasant and said dates were no problems.Dec 15 contracted with pickup dec 20/21 as movers were coming dec 20. Well dec 19, 20, 21, 22 no calls from A Eastern Connection, meanwhile I was calling to find out and was told from another lady " the dispatcher is working on it and we will call you back" Guess what no calls. So on Dec 22 I called and ask what the problem was and that I would get a call from the driver, this douchebag old fuddy was getting a little snotty and typical Joey Buttafucco attitude when I told her its my money that paid her salary. Well I was immediately put on hold and then Mr. Toughguy dispatcher (probably a Louie Depalma dwarf who needs a step ladder to reach the counter) gets on the phone and wants to know why I am trying to be atough guy with the ladys(i use that term loosely)wants to" rearrange my face"... using profanity and all. I ask when are you picking up my car? A**Hole states maybe I dont want to pick it up ok cancel it then.. so dickhead tells me to read the contract and he wants 250.00 for administration fee.The scam with this co is they force you to cancel and make their money from these fees.I have transported cars to florida before (4) and never had problems,When talking with the driver today 1/4 he never received the order to pick up until the 27th and picked up the car 30th DEAL DIRECT WITH BIG CREEK FARMS 423-345-3292 DRIVER WAS A GENTLEMAN AND HARDWORKING.
