I originally contacted six companies or should I say they contacted me when I went online and requested a price to ship my Honda Accord from New York to Miami. At the beginning since it was a Saturday only one company called me so I thought that this was the pattern until Monday came around and I had 10 phone calls within the first 5 minutes starting at 7 a.m. I liked us Stellar auto shipping company because they didn't pressure me they didn't contact me a hundred times I only spoke to Michelle Cooper one time she waited until I called her back and we correspond it through text as well which I love because it's convenient. She was very thorough and I understood every step of the process and trust me I had a lot of questions. I also dealt with Kathy she was a customer service rep I think they're called Logistics Representatives over at this company and she was awesome to deal with as well both ladies were very very pleasant and professional. I gave a two-day pickup window I was only asked for a one-day pickup window and they actually came through on the same day that my vehicle had to be picked up. The delivery was safe my vehicle was safe not very dirty whatsoever. 5 stars to the girls over at Stellar auto shipping company I will be using you again and recommending you to my family members and Friends
