We made the transaction with this company and gave our deposit and everything was set up for pick up. They scheduled a pick up and nobody showed up. 2 days later no one has picked up the car and no one has contacted us until I called the company, of course no one answered my calls and no replied on my messages. When I got a hold of somebody, they told me that the car will be picked up that day and all day we waited and no one showed up. I had spoken to the driver and told me that their truck was broken and won't be able to pick up our car til tomorrow and told me that they will give me a call the next day for pick up. Next day came, and waited all day and I tried to reach all the phone numbers I have and no one had return my calls. We cancelled the transaction and the company was rude to me when I decided to cancel it. I will not recommend this place ever to anyone. They are unreliable and very poor service.
