Initial customer services was great. Very pleasant and helpful. That is were the service stops. This company provides one story after another as to why they are late to pick-up the vehicle. They will now pick-up 10+ days later than commited. They are quick to take your money and then the service ends. I used DAS 4 years ago and should have used them again. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH A-1 AGAIN.
